This contemporary house is situated on an elevated and sloping site with the main living spaces located to the front to make best use of the incredible views to the west. One enters the dwelling at an intermediate level and either steps down to the living area or up the bedroom spaces. The residence was kept single storey in height in an effort to minimise the impact on the visually sensitive site.
